She loves to be outside in any capacity, traveling, dancing and other ridiculousness, and is learning to lean into things that scare her or make her uncomfortable. Like being on this podcast. She is not an expert but has found so much healing in mindfulness and mediation and crystals.
Amanda was in one of my groups and then won a ticket to a dance party and I invited her to my house to get ready before. It was one of the scariest things she had ever done showing up by herself that night but she will never regret it! So so happy and grateful we became friends!
